Glitz It is a small Australian business and as such, we are unable to offer a wholesale service for our trade customers. We can however order in factory packs on a pre-paid basis. Orders will be placed with our international supplier on the first Wednesday of each month from September 2021 as we transition supplying Swarovski to Preciosa. Going forward we hope to offer a more frequent service but this would depend upon market conditions and the evolving economic outlook.

As a general guide, pre-order time frames are as follows: 

Pre-order cut off day: 1st Wednesday of the month*

Time between order placed and received by Glitz It: 2 weeks 

Pre-orders shipped from Glitz It to customer: A further 3-8 business days

Total time: Please allow a 3-4 week turnaround pending stock availability.

*Orders can be placed mid-month however international shipping costs will apply.

*Please note factory pack pre-order service is only available for Preciosa and AAA Glass Crystals. As of the end September 2021 Swarovski will no long be selling crystals to the retail market.
